I have seen my fair share of guru people in game. Off the top of my head Celestial Beaver, Shan, and Freeked Out Fishh come to mind. I also will spot familiar names pop up on those title completion messages.

Since I rarely look at posters' char names, I wouldn't know them in-game unless their char names match their screen names here; then I might recognize someone.
On the other hand, lots of people (usually newer players PUGing on a quest or mission) have probably run into me but, since I don't list my char names, they wouldn't know me, either.
